Like Bill Callahan turning Wyatt Teller into an All Pro.  Or Belichick turning Wes Welker into a weapon.   Instead we have to watch Offensive Tackles go one on one against all pros with no help. Pocket doesn't slide. QB doesn't roll out.  And our wide receivers can drop passes and still play and start.
